HD Decoder box WITHOUT DirecTV built-in??? (1 Viewer)

Do these things even exist?! I dont really want DirecTV but I do want to get OTA HD. Are there any HD Decoder boxes that arent also a DirecTV Receiver combo. All of these combo boxes are like $500+ and I dont really want to spend that much for a few local channels in HD.

The only current model I am aware of is the Samsung SIR-T150. This is an OTA ATSC tuner only -- it will not even receive analog NTSC broadcasts.

I am using one paired with a Toshiba 56H80 HD-ready TV. The Samsung works very well. A $100 manufacturer's rebate was being offered, but I believe that ended recently.
