Great news! One of my all-time favourites. (I like grown-up films too. Honest).

Shame they couldn't come up with a few more extras. The commentary is good, but a decade old now. I would love to have seen a retrospective 30th Anniversary documentary or something.

This will be mine. Great news. I had to laugh at the comments regarding this films box office performance. It was greater than the classic Caddyshack 2 :)

Stroker Ace? Oh my god...... That movie sucks...... Burt Reynolds best movies are: 1) Sharky´s Machine 2) Deliverance 3) The Longest Yard 4) Starting Over I´d love to see "Sharky´s Machine" on Blu-ray. An excellent movie-Burt Reynolds even directed it himself.

Wow! Another one of my favorites that I wasn't really expecting to see on Blu-ray. This is shaping up to be a fun fall.

Gee,i wasn't quick enough to mention.. HOOPER!!!!! But yes,Cannonball is a guilty pleasure of mine also. It's one of those films you feel like Hal Needham found 10 million under the laundry basket and just called all his buddies to make a film Pure fun with Burt,Farrah,Dom and Jack Elam as a doctor ???? :D Sad about the lack of new extras though.

Just clicked on the Amazon link and placed my order. One of my all time favorite comedies. Burt Reynolds, Dom DeLuise, Dean Martin, The Aston Martin DB5, Roger Moore, Jackie Chan, Farrah Fawcett, Sammy Davis, Jr.... What's not to like?

I have no guilt in taking pleasure in this film. Thus started my life long love of all things Automobili Lamborghini and an almost obsessive longing for women in blue spandex catsuits... Wonderful, over the top film to be watched along other classics like Smokey and the Bandit, The Fast the the Furious, Taxi Driver, Bullit etc etc Dave
