About 6 months ago I contacted Carlton Home video in England. They own the rights to the movie "Hawk The Slayer". They have released in England on vhs, but not dvd. I asked if the movie was going to be coming to the US. At that time they said they had not licensed the US rights to the movie yet. A few days ago I emailed the gentleman who handles overseas licensing for Carlton. He sent me back the following:
"Hi Todd,
I am pleased to tell you that we have just licenced this title to Hen's Tooth Video in the US and they are due to release it very soon. Please find their details below.

If you have any other problems please let me know.

I have a message into Henstooth now. And if I get any details. I will post it asap. Hopefully, this means we will get a decent dvd of this classic fantasy movie and not a vhs version.
