Having problems with Nero 7 demo (1 Viewer)

I put the videos in there that i want on cd, but whenever i get to about 95% done my project, i get the "burning error, a log has been created..." I have the burner at 16x. The only thing I think I am doing wrong is that i try to fit as much as possible, and am using the editing feature to cut out a minute or so here and there.

Have you tried burning in a slower speed, say 4X?
