It's the latest production by Anne Wood (creator of The Tellytubbies). The site gives you some idea of what the programme is about, but you've got to see the TV programme itself to appreciate its full, curiously hypnotic glory.

I'm not sure the programmes is out in the USA yet, but it's only a matter of time before you guys succumb.
