I had an injured racoon crawl up and die under my hood one night. I took it out and threw it in the street, where it got injured in the first place.

My wife would freak out and not be able to get into the car. We would almost have to sell it.

A few years ago when a nearby field was developed, a family of mice got into the house. My wife saw one and went nuts. I got out the trap and in about an hour we had our trespasser.

Well, my wife was appreciative of my efforts. She was very appreciative, she was beside herself with appreciation. Damn I thought, this works better than Spanish fly.

From then on whenever she would "get a headache" I would be tempted to go down to the pet store for a little white mouse. I figured I could keep him in the garage, train him (Bennie) to come to me and just recycle him about once a month.
