This weekend looks like it's going to be a beaut. Temp in the mid to low 70's... Two tee times... some early oktoberfeist beer... a shipment of 50 cigars waiting for me at the house... and two days of football. God I love this country!

This weekend here in Vegas will have the temperature in the high 90s (when will summer end!?!?!).
Oh well, I might not end up going out of my house since I have a horrible cold.
Hopefully by tomorrow or Sunday I'll be feeling better so I can hang out with friends.

After a week of crappy weather, it's supposed to be near 70 degrees and clear skies for the weekend. Should be great weather for tail-gating at the Michigan-Illinois game. Go Blue!

Hey Matt, this weekend is Interbike over in Las Vegas so I say check it out... Unfortunately, I think you need a pass cause it's kind of like a HUGE trade show for dealers, manufacturers, or the press... But I know a bunch of my bike shop friends are going and a bunch of the USPS are going to be there (the ones that aren't racing in Spain right now of course) it runs to like Oct 3rd and their website is www.interbike.com..
I just came back from a great ride today! Like Jin mentioned in another thread, this is perfect riding weather, cool and no humidity...

Great weather in the great state of Minnesota - low 70's and dry. My eight year old daughter's soccer game tomorrow morning and college football mania in the afternoon!
An active poll question has me thinking BRATWURST on the grill as well. Life is good...

US Grand Prix with my family coming into town for it. Always a great time, but at least this time no rain. Seems like every 500 has been rain plus last year's USGP.
BTW, I predicting Montoya to win it. Williams is right on MacLaren for the Constructor's Points.

I'm working twelve hours a day, Fri., Sat., and Sun., but thanks anyway...

He thought on homeland, the big timber, the air thin and chill all the year long. Tulip poplars so big through the trunk they put you in mind of locomotives set on end. He thought of getting home and building him a cabin on Cold Mountain so high that not a soul but the nighthawks passing across the clouds in autumn could hear his sad cry. Of living a life so quiet he would not need ears. And if Ada would go with him, there might be the hope, so far off in the distance he did not even really see it, that in time his despair might be honed off to a point so fine and thin that it would be nearly the same as vanishing.

Looks to be a great weekend here too. The only problem is that I'm only half way through 9 in a row.....It blows chunks

Still going to the Markham fair today.
