HAS the US Festival ever been out on CD or Video? (1 Viewer)

I recorded the US Festival back in the 80's when they showed it on Showtime. That was back before I got Showtime in Stereo, not even sure if I had a Stereo VCR at that point. Anyway, has there been or is there any plan to release this on DVD? I suppose the music rights problem would keep this one locked up.

This would be a great concert to have with quality sound! Quite a line-up of 80s musicians and groups.
