I have tickets to their concert coming up at Staples Center. But seats that I was able to get were not the best. It is located almost diagonally behind the stage, but I was told that this would be an open stage and that I should be able to see everything. I have another set that are better, but I might sell those and keep the crappy ones. I was wondering if anyone went to any of their concerts with seats behind the stage and if they were able to see what's going on. Thanks for your help.

I wasn't in the back, but you should be able to see most everything. There isn't a big huge video screen in the back like I have seen in previous tours. Instead they have screens hanging from the ceiling (which you may or may not be able to see in the back). There are video boxes that come up from the "ground" of the stage that may obstruct your view a tiny bit if you are near the front.
During the show I saw, Bono made his way back there quite often to sing to the fans in the back.

THere are times when the retractable video screens may obstruct your view but the TV monitors will let you see what you are missing.
I was kinda dissappointed with the show. After Bono runs full speed around the "heart" during Where the Streets Have No Name he lost all his energy. This was at the Dallas show which was like the 5th show on the tour. Bono is probably in better shape now hehe. I just have to keep telling myself that nothing can beat ZooTV and to enjoy each of their concerts individually. ZooTV, in my opinion, was probably the best concert tour ever.

I saw them perform in Calgary in April (on my birthday :)). Although I was on the second level to the side, it appeared as though the seats behind the stage were just as good.
I loved the show, they sounded awesome! Although it could have been much louder. My ears weren't even ringing when I left the concert. What's with that?

If it were me, I'd definitely take the seats in front though.
