Has anyone bought music off of Ebay? (1 Viewer)

I have been looking lately at some of the offerings on Ebay and I have to wonder if these are real CD's or copies made to look like the original. What is your experience with buying music off of Ebay?

I've bought a bunch of CDs off ebay over the years, and all of it has been original CDs, though a lot are promo copies.

I haven't bought "rare" CDs though.

I've purchased over 100 CD's in the past six months with no problems whatsoever. That said, I only buy from sellers with nearly flawless feedback records and I often verify with them everything is as it appears in their auction.

Ed, you have to give us examples of what CDs you are talking about. I've bought a lot of legit and import CDs. And I have bought "unofficially released live and demo recordings." Some have been silver CDs and some have been CD-Rs. You can always email the seller and ask.
