Has anyone been having trouble with the online portion of DVD Profiler? (1 Viewer)

For the past couple weeks, I've been getting an error message when I attempt to download my collection from My Profiler. This is the error I receive:

"The online system is currently unavailable or an error occured. Please try again later."

I'm using v2.0.

It's been this way since release (There is something about it on their website).

You can go to "my profiler" at their website and get a copy downloaded of your discs that way, but it isn't enabled via the application yet.
