At least the full frame edition was equally priced... I was beginning to think it was a conspiracy against widescreen... a studio backed decision to gauge the interest: Look, noone at compusa bought the widescreen version!

I printed it out and took it to Best Buy to see if they could beat that price... um.. they did. I only paid $52,000 for my copy.
