Its currently owns by Warner Brothers if Im not Mistaken. Was the old USA Network show Cartoon Express also owned by Warner? Any chance they would release episodes (which would also allow re release of some of the Cartoons such as Dynomutt?

Cartoon Express would be a show created and owned by USA network. The cartoons they included were HB and a few others. So the Cartoons would be owned by Warner and possibly other studios. Cartoon Express was simply USA Networks creation to package cartoons together that they licensed for broadcast. Most local channels have had their own versions of this type of format since the 1960's. Here in southern California channel 11 which was formerly KTTV before changing to Fox ran half hour and 1 hour hb packages of different funny animal cartoons randomly thrown together that were not originally seen that way. i.e Yogi Bear, Wally Gator, Huckleberry Hound, Touche Turtle, Atom Ant and more could all been seen in a 1 hour show. This is what cartoon express was. So I don't think Warner would have any interest in releasing a cartoon express show since they would have to make an arrangement with USA network to do it plus most collectors prefer the shows that would be included to be released in their original versions.
