Some weird glitch happens on the Universal Halloween II disc. It's when Laurie first arrives at the hospital and they are sticking a needle in her arm. On my disc, there are purple bands that flash on the screen. I can't tell if it is the film print, a glitch during mastering, or my disc. Can someone check their copy? Thanks!

    It doesn't happen on mine.

I think it's your DVD player. Sometimes mine will display white bands across the screen that lasts several seconds. If I play the DVD on another player - it doesn't happen.

I've tried it on two players. I don't think it is the disc. It looks like it may be in the film print.

I looked at my copy and did see it. Originally, I thought you talking about an actual major purple line going across the screen. If it hadn't been pointed out, I doubt I'd have ever noticed it.

Anyway, it's also on the Goodtimes release too.
