Last night my mom had a headache that kept getting worse. She laso had a lump on the back of her neck that was painful. She called the emergency number for her doctor's office. They said the lump was likely caused from bleeding under the skin due to her being on coumadin, and they told her to put an ice pack on it for a half hour. If she didn't feel better, she was advised to go to the hospital. She thought she might have been having another stroke with the way her headache felt, and the way her blood was messed up recently. She finally felt a little better. She seems better today too.

My little pug Rosie was feeling real sick last night too, and we thought we'd had to bring her to the hospital also. She was acting weird and her stomach was real hard. We think she was constipated or swallowed something, but don't know. She wouldn't jump on or off the couch, wanted to be carried, paced back and forth on the floor, shivered, and whimpered. My mom was upset and worried that they both were sick at the same time. Rosie is my mom's personal pet, and they're ral close. Rosie is still not well today, but she is doing better.

I couldn't sleep because I was scared. I refused to go to bed till my mom felt well enough to go lay down without being scared. I told her to get me if she needed me for her and/or Rosie. I kept checking on them both till they finally fell asleep. I didn't fall asleep til like 4 this morning. I hope everything works out ok.

My mom went to the doctor earlier. The doctor said it was a very swollen lymph node. He gave her some medicine, and said if it doesn't get better within a day or 2, to go to the hospital. With her fragile blood, and history of stroke and heart surgery, it was better to be safe than sorry.

My pug went to the bathroom a little earlier too. She's still very hard and bloated, plus in general discomfor. The vet said to give some mineral oil in her food. If she's not better by tomorrow, we'll probably bring her to the hospital. Right now we're just letting her sleep.
