I saw H.O.T.S. starting a few minutes ago, and the opening credit sequence was in OAR (I'm guessing it's about 1.85). I figured it would be the typical case where it reverted to full frame after the credits were over, but it didn't! I have never known Showtime to play anything OAR, and now they play H.O.T.S. (of all things) OAR?! Not that I'm complaining, mind you. But, isn't it a little odd?

Guess we're making some progress in this OAR vs Pan and Scan battle.

I remember Showtime and/or The Movie Channel playing H.O.T.S. seemingly every day for months about 20 years ago. I can't believe they're still running this thing! I guess it's a "classic" [IMG]
So what's the secret of this film's timeless appeal? Is it topless women playing football, or Danny Bonaduce?? [IMG]

Is there nudity in the film, then? I never stuck around long enough to find out. It seems pretty bad.
I was always more partial to Spring Break/Hardbodies/etc. [IMG]
