h/k avr520 +jbl s38 or infIL10 Will this receiver drive either of these good (1 Viewer)

Does this receiver have enough power to drive either one of these speakers to there potential? Would either of these be a great combo with this receiver?

Your receiver supplys 75wpc which is plenty for high volumes and no distortion with these speakers. I don't think you'll be dissapointed with either choice though my vote goes for the JBLs.

The Infinitys sound very clean for their size, but I prefer the jumbo sized Studio 38s. Even though the S38 is a 3 way, the sound is very smooth and balanced. Not to mention an 8" woofer to add some punch.

Chris is right on. Go with the 520+S38 combo and you won't be disappointed.
