I bought this DVD last year and was amazed that they made the Grinch kind of yellowish, or sort of a greenish gold rather than green. (All of the other colors in the DVD seem correct, and yes, my TV is calibrated.)

I'm wondering if anyone has bought this DVD this year, and if so, have they corrected that yet?

Nope, it hasn't been corrected. But you may want to pick up one of the earlier Grinch DVD releases, which reviewers say have more accurate coloring.

Can you provide more info on these DVDs? How do you tell which DVD is the one with the correct colors?

    Hello,

I wish, somehow, MGM could remaster "How the Grinch..." into stereo as they did with "Horton Hears a Who".

That would be nice, but I would rather see the colours and mosquito noise on the current DVD fixed first.

Paul, the problem is that Warner Bros. is the current owner of cartoon version of The Grinch. [IMG]
