I have to admit that I sort of had my fill of westerns growing up, and probably saw every western series that was ever on TV, so I sort of had to reset my thinking on these.

The only two that I want - and really bad, are 'Texas Across the River' and 'San Whiskey'. Both comedies, and with Dean martin and Burt Reynolds, respectively.

The packaging on Forty Guns states 4:3, but it is, in fact, an amazing 2.35:1 anamorphic transfer. Ultra clean, razor-sharp, exquisite greyscale, deep rock-solid blacks. Buy it now. I demand more Fuller on DVD.

I didn't know that Windwalker was out as a SE. Great news!

Mentioned in other thread about unreleased flicks...but deserves mention here.

The Stalking Moon

1969 with Gregory Peck..one of Pecks favorites and should be on DVD..a different sort of western.
