My pick is: Jonathan Rhys-Meyers. He mesmerized me when I saw him in "Velvet Goldmine", and a few other films. Besides looking like he does, there's an air about him where you can't take your eyes off of him. Still have some of his work in my "to watch" pile. Those lips, those eyes!
