you can check the owner's manual that shipped with your sub...they list some movies and specific times where there's some hefty bass.

some of my favorites are-

Toy Story 2
Atlantis
Contact
Star Wars Phatom Menace

congrats on your new sub. just remember to be nice to your neighbors...invite 'em over every now and then!

Nothing like demoing the SVS. :emoji_thumbsup:
Moive demos are great but I also love how great SVS is with music. Try out Nine Inch Nails - Things Falling Apart. My favorite track off of there is "Where is Everybody?"

Jazz music is a good demo for the SVS.

For DVD's, try...

- Toy Story 2 intro
- Titan AE
- Star Wars TPM

Ahhhhh...a Nine Inch Nails fan. I've already tried out tons of NIN on it, but I haven't tried Things Falling Apart. I'll check that out shortly. Thanks, guys!

A couple of movies that people seldom think of when it comes to a sub workout:
October Sky (the space shuttle taking off near the end of the movie)
The Dish (When the rocket takes off for the moon)
Both of these scenes give superb, deep bass. And the scene in The Dish lasts for quite some time!

Hello all. I'd try these:

Toy Story 2: Intro
Fight Club: Plane Crash
U571: Depth Charge (dts of course)
The Phantom Menace: Podrace

and if you can get em'

LASERDISC!

The Phantom Menace: Podrace
Jurassic Park dts: T-Rex Attack
Mission: Impossible: Train Tunnel

Cheers!

The Haunting DTS-ES version- movie is not that great, but this has killer bass. The best I've heard.

Titan AE

Star War Phantom Menace
