Got the Kenwood test dvd (1 Viewer)

Cannot say how I got it but I did...In fact,I have an extra copy.
Anyway,it is one of the cleaner sounding discs I have heard in a long time.There is a THX_EX area with tex2 and Jungle sounds.Jungle sounds is just incredible!but you need to be sitting in the sweetspot if you do not have ex like me.
The music videos for Peter Frampton,Don Henly and Randy Travis sound like you are front and center.The bass from my svs was shaking the headboard(bedroom setup)and the vocals sounded incredibll lifelike.
The multichannel music was also very good sounding.
All in all for the price paid,it is one heck of a demo disc.

Spent a little more time viewing the disc,there is a dts demonstration..but it is in dpl?? I found that odd to say the least.

I am not sure of the exact www address or when they will be sent out,that is not how I got mine.It is at Kenwoods website though,do a search for the free kenwood disc and I am sure it will pop up somewhere.

Here is the address. I tried 4 times to make a link to the site but could not seem to make it work. The site says they start shipping the discs after today(9/10/01).

Got mine today -- something like 6-8 weeks later.
Like people said, nothing too special, but you can't complain at that price (free)!

I got a copy today. I didn't order it, I don't even remember filling out anything to get it, I just got it. The DVD is pretty nice (especially since everything is in anamorphic).
The THX-EX demos, imo, are the best part of the disc. Now if the music videos and the songs we're decent, they'd be the best part of the disc.
