You guys will appreciate this.

Kill em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, Justice For All..., $5.98 Garage Days and the Creeping Death 12in Single will be released in a 10 disc 180g box set on 11/23.

The box set will be numbered to 5k.

Check acousticsounds.com and the Metallica site for more info.

Considering the cds sound like ass...Mine is on the way. :D

They sound amazing! You dont realize how bad Kill Em All was produced till you hear this. The least difference is in Puppets and Lightning. I have heard things that ive never heard before.

Acousticsounds is sold out, they are going for several hundred dollars on ebay. What other retail places might have one around still?

Yah, I'd love to find it retail considering those insanely high eBay prices :)

Man, do I wish I had seen this sooner. I just started browsing vinyl sites again, and it was already sold out. I would've bought one for me and one to sell later.

Ugh! This will teach me to visit the HTF music section more often!! I would have loved to have had Master of Puppets on fresh 180 vinyl. Maybe we will see a rerelease of it later. /drools /cries

Call The Beat in Sacramento CA 916-446-4402. They had two left as of last night. I dont know if they do mail order or not; but its worth a try.

Got mine about a week ago. They are SWEEEET! I had the albums of kill, ride, master, and garage days but these are just soooo nice #395/5000.

I read about this set months agon on blabbermouth and metclub sites and been drooling ever since.

Buy it if you can! It is cool as shit!

I was lucky enough to come across this at Aomeba in Berkeley, CA and I doubt that many of these made it to a store shelf. I love the fact that it weighs a lot and it sounds real good to me. It's too bad everyone who wants one can't have one but do we really think that Metallica will never be available on vinyl ever again? I think the only thing that's really out of print forever is the box.

Possibly, but who knows when the next release will be. I just wish I would have known about the release. I don't know how the hell I missed it.
