Brad, it's down to volume of product and available funds.
If Grease was the only release this month I was interested in, or if I had unlimited funds, then yes, I'd buy it even with annoying packaging.
But there are a good twenty or so worthwhile purchases this month for me, and I have to prioritise. Yes, Grease is still Grease, but with reports of a so-so transfer and a probable SE release in 2004, other titles became more important. The bilingual packaging was the straw that tipped the balance. Decent packaging is important to me, and I'm willing to pay a little extra for it. I'm a DVD collector as well as a film lover, and these bilingual covers have that "bootleg" look to them.
