Good budget CD players? (1 Viewer)

I am soon going to get stereo speakers and amp for around $1000 total. I currently have a $70 DVD player, but I want a dedicated CD player that will be significantly better than the DVD player, but not nearly as expensive as the speakers/amp.

I will be primarly listening to orchestral/vocal music, and have no interest in rock/dance etc. Can anyone recommend any decent CD players for this purpose in the $100-200 range?

In that price range I would look on ebay or audiogon for a used player.

What brands should I be looking out for?

Music Hall, Arcam, Rotel, Rega and Marantz make nice players. Sony SACD players make nice CD players also.
