The girlfriend and I were tired of our usual restaurants so we decided to try Sweet Tomatoes this weekend. And... wow! We both fell in love with the place. Best salad bar ever, good variety of soups and pastas to choose from, baked potatoes, fruit bar, great choice of breads and muffins, frozen yogurt. And most importantly, everything was GOOD! That's rare for a buffet, where the focus is usually quantity over quality. This is definitely going to become one of our regular eateries.

I agree. There's a few of them around here and I definitely prefer Sweet Tomatoes over Fresh Choice.

Once I discovered that "Sweet Tomatoes" is known as "Soup Plantation" (which I've gone to for many years) here, I realized what place Chuck is talking about. [IMG]

Ah, didn't realize it was a chain. I'll check it out next time I'm down that way.
