Gigabyte GA-7VAXP MOBO and Samsung 512 mb ram (1 Viewer)

I recently got a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP MOBO. I'm just wondering if anyone has one because I plan on getting 512 Mb Samsung PC 2700 DDR ram to go with. Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with either one. Thanks.

I have the GA-7vax, it's the same board as yours except it doesn't have raid or firewire (apart from that, it's identical). I have a 512MB stick of DDR333 in it, works great. There isn't a brandname on the RAM though.

I had a 256MB Samsung stick it in when I first got the computer, and it worked just fine.
