Getting rid of updates??? (1 Viewer)

Hi Gang;

Well omce again Microsoft has screwed up my laptop with their updates....

Can't reorganize my bookmarks as I had before (only alphabetical now).

And I can't enable my wireless radio!!!!!!!!!!

There's a way to get rid of updates by going back,and deleting them,but I don't know how....any help appreciated.

All updates should show up in your Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control Panel. The only problem is that you'll have to know the update number as assigned by Microsoft to know which one to remove.

Tried deleting the XP patch,and it looks like that wasn't it-but thanks.

Message reads when I try to enable my wireless laptop radio setting "radio on your 802.11 network adapter is still disabled-use the hardware radio control switch to enable it".

Don't know what or where the "hardware radio control switch" is???

Tried a few things,but nothin works so far... Thought it was related to Microsoft patches as it was working properly before.
I don't use the wireless function for now,but I have before,and need to be able to activate it when needed-Helppppp!
