From Turkey Guts To Oil Ignore the April 1st post date! It's not a joke! I just picked up the May issue of Discover magazine. Apparently, a plant has been set up to turn just about anything into oil. It was set up right next to a turkey plant, so naturally turkey parts that aren't eaten are mulched then "cooked" a few times to produce oil, gas, minerals, and sterile water. The process is called "thermal depolymerization".
