Gershman speakers anyone??? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had any experience with the Gershman line of speakers. Their from a small Canadian company but sold throughout the US and Canada. They seem to garner rave reviews but are people just being "nice to the little guy" or is their stuff able to hold it's own with the big boys? Anyone heard them, specifically the Avante Guarde, and have any thougts?

I heard what I believe to be their largest model (the name escapes me, but it looks like a coffin) and I was not particularly impressed.

I have heard Gershman's (Gap and the Avant Garde) in a brief demo situation and thought they were great. I did not buy them however.
