Also some editions of Giant have the documentary on a supplemental disc but you have to be careful because I believe the single disc Blu-ray packaging incorrectly lists it as included.

Mark is correct....it's only on the GIANT 3-disc Digibook edition, which is OOP but still available from some sellers as low as $23. An alternative would be the 7-disc James Dean box from WB, but it's also OOP.

It should be noted that the documentary is on a supplemental DVD, not on blu.

It was originally released as a stand-alone disc in 2004 and used copies can be had dirt cheap. In addition to the two releases above, an excerpt appeared on Fox's original flipper disc of The Diary of Anne Frank (1959). It's in SD on TWotY BD and isn't presently available anywhere in HD.
