games on panny 53wx42? (1 Viewer)

does anyone hav ea panny 47 or 53?
I've already talked with a few people...they say it's surely tolerable..what do others think of Mario on a panasonic widescreen?

I use my Ps2, Xbox, and Gamecube, all on my Panny 47" widescreen. They all look incredible. If the game doesn't have a widescreen mode, use 'just' mode on the set, to acheive the best image quality. I'm currently playing Starfox Adventures, which has a 16x9 mode, and looks absolutely stunning. If the game has static graphics like health meters, keep gameplay time down to an hour or so, and then switch games, to avoild any possible burn-in. I've been using my set for a year now, with no problems at all.

How far back do you sit from the set?
I heard games like virtua tennis on ps2 are bad in the stretch mode because the ball acts funny (Man..would ahve been cool if virtua tennis has a widescreen mode..)
