just wondering if it was possible for a new digital cable to be released and use the "analog" output to pass a digital signal for 5.1 (not DPL II). I know it says it's analog, but i was wondering if maybe Nintendo was hiding a couple of secrets about the cube.

while i'm thinking of dumb questions, would it be possible for the GBA connector cable (or a cable not yet developed) to pass a video signal thru the controller port to play GBA on your TV (like Super GameBoy)?

But (there is always a but)... similar to LASERDISC, it would probably need an expensive DEMODULATOR... I don't know if it could work as simply as sending a digital signal through one of the channels... but maybe it is! Anyways, I have Dolby ProLogic II, so my offical answer will be 'whatever' [IMG]
As for 'Super Gameboy Advance'... hmm... it may work [IMG]
