on a lighter note, $9 out of $50- you're making out like a bandit; my work gets billed at $250/hr, and I don't get anywhere near a healthy chunk of that

Heh, I *wish* that $9 was going straight to my pocket. That $9 covers the entire cost of development... An 'average' bigname game costs upwards of $1 million, usually closer to $2 million... Do the maths :-(

The N64 also had a similar attatchment...

It was called Game doctor. it plugged under the N64, and lets you load N64 games off CDrs with numerous games on one CD...

BTW, i sold min-CDrs at where i worked. They're 8 CM, 193 Megabytes, and hodl 22 mins... i doubt those would do any good...
