Right now I'm stuck at home being miserable 'cause I have a fever and I'm congested as hell. This really sucks 'cause if I don't work I don't get paid (and I haven't been sick since April of last year). *sigh*. Time to go make some warm vegetable soup. [IMG]

I was sick from Dec. 20th, had to drive home on Christmas day because the flu just kicked my butt, and then I finally got better as of last weekend (feeling totally normal).

Yeah, being sick is crummy. And I was on my vacation for most of my sickness. Grr...

Ron, are you sure you don't have a bacterial sinus infection? They can last that long if untreated, while colds usually last only a few days. If your "discharge" is bright yellow and looks like it might be radioactive, then get yourself to a doctor. If it is a sinus infection, then he should get you feeling much better in just a couple of days.

    Brian is right.

A sinus infection will last a long time and will usually only clear up with a 10-14 day course of antibiotics.

Then I'd offically say I have a sinus infection. Damn! It is slowly getting better, but if not gone by next week, I'll hit the doc.
    Peace Out~[IMG]

Get well soon everyone. I've also been sick this past week. Hopefully just a cold. Can't wait to get some rest this weekend.

flu shots are usually worth the bother of getting. The flu will put you down for 1-2 weeks but if you get the shot you'll either not get it or have a much shorter duration if the virus is similar to the ones you recieved via the shot.
