I placed an order with FYE on 1/31/2003. As of this writing, nothign has shipped and I've received no correspospondance beyond my initial order confirmation and an automated message telling me my query was received. My first questions were sent weeks ago and never answered.

I called and waited on hod for several minutes before getting a recording teling me to leave my nme and number.

I got ahold of them now and was told there was a problem with my credit card's billing address. For some reason, rather than telling me, they had just allowed my order to sit. Also, they can't make modifications to the order beyond cancelling pre-ordered items or canceling the whole thing. By now, the coupon code I used is expired, so that's worthless.
