    Hi,

I am going to run all my equip on one line, DVD, Receiver, VCR, Sony 11HT.

Should I be wary of anything. Do I need to up the amps on the breaker or should the normal (15AMP??) suffice

No, they will be fine on just one fifteen amp breaker. But if you are building, and can run 12 gauge wire a 20 amp circuit wouldn't hurt to be future proof.

It will depend somewhat on how efficient your speakers are and what receiver you are using. In general, today's receivers (which is your biggest power draw) are incredibly efficient. As long as you aren't using large external power amps, you should be fine. If you could get the TV on a different circuit, it would probably be a good idea, though.
