Except for a few years when I let politics get in the way, I've always had a bit of a crush on Babs. I was a little wary of purchasing this film on DVD, but it looked great. The music is wonderful, the sets are Technicolor marvels, and the transfer makes it all shine.

If you're a fan of this Lady, then do yourself a favor and pick up this disc.

Stunning film-like transfer. Another Columbia DVD triumph (personally, I could care less about 'extras' when a studio gives me a DVD that looks so film-like on a projection screen).

Yep...funny girl and funny lady make a fun pair.

p.s. for you barb fans out there...just remember that we have What's Up Doc (warner) and Hello Dolly (fox) on the way too... (both studios are said to be using new prints/anamorphic transfers).
