When did this disc go OOP? It seems to be in stock everywhere I checked. The old original one disc went OOP, replaced with the gold edition- but as far as I know the 2 disc CE is still in print.

Vince-Where do you see it in stock? Amazon, DDD and Buy.Com are all out of stock, and I have not seen it in a store in quite some time.

This title is still 'active' according to Image Entertainment. I have seen it at Best Buy and Costco within the last couple of months.

Rob-Any idea why none of the online retailers still carry it? I have not seen it in a BB or CC for months.

No offense, but just because you haven't seen it, doesn't make it OOP. I can understand this thinking though since some of the disney titles ARE OOP though, titles like Tarzan (both the CE and the regular) and of course most of the limited editions. The CEs of any of the disneys are never readily available at Best Buy, Circuit City, etc simply because most people are happy with the regular version, therefore these stores don't carry that many to begin with. When they do, its usually around the time they are released and hardly on sale (compared to the regular titles). Furthermore, now they have that "Pixar pack" which has a few of the pixar titles so they have one more thing that competes witrh the title alone (it is a better buy this way i think). Good luck trading it for your above mentioned titles though. I'd make an offer, but i wouldn't want to offend you as I'd only want an extra copy for a friend of mine and wouldn't want to part with OOP Criterions and boxsets for it. If you are serious about trading it, look at my list and maybe we can work something out.

David-If you have read my posts, you would see that I am not just basing this info on B&M's. Vince said he saw it in stock at several online stores. Of the ones I know (Amazon, DDD, Buy.Com, DVD Planet) are all out of stock, and have been that way for quite some time. Can you find somewhere online that offers this title in stock? Also, I don't believe any of the Criterions I asked for were oop (save Charade, which I can still get at any store). In fact, most are $40 MSRP's, same as A Bug's Life CE. I am not trying to get over on anyone here, I am just basing this on the information I have. If it is not OOP, then so be it. I knew it wasn't a high value title anyway. All I am saying is, if I can't buy it in stores, and it's not in stock for several months at online locations, that makes it OOP to me at least. I would love to take a look at your list and see if anything catches my eye. Thanks for your post, and I hope this clears up any confusion as to my motives here.
