Can be used as a stand-alone preamp, as it includes volume control. 2 digital inputs (1 coax, 1 fiber-optic), 1 set of 5 channel RCA outs, 1 pair of stereo inputs. I've never had any problems with this unit, fair cosmetic condition, a few scratches here and there. No problems with the display. Includes remote and manual.
