Features:
The SA-DA10N DVD Video and DVD Audio Ready receiver incorporates Variable Gain Control Amplifier (VGCA) technology that achieves a 113dB signal to noise ratio; MOS-FET circuitry for excellent sound quality with power bandwidth up to 70kHz; and a Digital-To-Analog Converter (DAC), based on MASH technology for 192kHz/24-bit DVD-Audio use, to deliver astounding sound - enriched with the nuance, warmth and subtle overtones of a live musical performance. Features include built-in Dolby Digital and DTS Decoder, TA-KE II capacitors, Class H+ amplifier circuitry, Sound Field Control (SFC), 6-channel discrete outputs, subwoofer out, front A/V inputs and universal remote control that will allow you control of many TV/VTR/DVD players.

Key Features

• VGCA (Variable Gain Control Amplifier) and MOS-FET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) Circuitry
Renders the SA-DA10N uniquely suited to deliver the highest quality DVD-Audio. By improving power bandwidth and contributing to outstanding sound quality linearity, MOS-FET allows the receiver to reproduce the broad spectrum of frequencies for which DVD-Audio is known. A S/N Ratio of 113dB and frequency response up to 70kHz are standard operating procedure for the SA-DA10N. That means music from DVD-Audio discs will take on the rich, clean sound one would expect from a live performance.
• TA-KE II Capacitors
Japanese bamboo fiber in the separator provides a natural sound field, transparency and freedom from coloration.
• Home Theater Mode
Equal high power output of 100w (20Hz - 20kHz, 6 ohms, 0.9% THD) per left, center, right, left surround and right surround channels.
• Powerful Stereo Mode
100w per channel (20Hz - 20kHz, 6 ohms, 0.9% THD)
• Class H+ Amp Circuitry
The receivers use Class H amplifier circuitry to ensure smooth, quiet and, most importantly, cool performance - no matter how demanding the soundtrack. Unlike a traditional amplifier, which uses a single power supply, or "rail", Class H incorporates two rails working together. The higher-powered rail only goes to work when loud scenes, explosions or other spikes in audio demand it. Class H also boosts dynamic headroom to 2 dB, with power to spare for accurate delivery of dynamic audio passages.
• Technics DVD Audio/Video Player
Unified design with aluminum front panel and light-blue LED.
• Anti-Vibration Construction with THCB (Technics Hybrid Construction Base)
These design elements virtually eradicate noise-causing internal and external vibrations.
• High Quality Construction Power Transformer
And volume control.
• VGCA Mode
Bypasses potential noise-causing circuitry to provide a pure signal path.
• Multi-Channel Multi-Drive Design
Realizes high-grade stereo by-amp operation.
• Additional Features
• Built-In Dolby Digital and DTS Decoder
Converts the encoded digital signals to 6 channels of analog audio (5.1) for spectacular home theater sound and performance.
• Six-channel Discrete Inputs
For connection to a DVD-Audio/Video player. (Besides its ability to decode Dolby Digital and DTS soundtracks.)
• Dolby Pro-Logic Surround Decoder
• Sound Field Control
Sound field control function creates a surround sound field from 2-channel stereo sources, such as a CD or a cassette tape. This function uses the front, center and surround speakers to simulate a live performance atmosphere. Choose from HALL, CLUB, LIVE, THEATER and SIMULATED SURROUND (for mono source) settings.
• Universal Remote Control
Ready for many TV/VTR/DVD players.
• Subwoofer Output
For extended bass reproduction.
• Large Speaker Terminals
Help preserve signal quality.
• 5 Video and 4 Audio Rotary-Type Input Selectors
• Gold Plated Input Terminals
• 3 Digital Inputs (Optical)
• Front A/V Inputs
• Tape Monitor Switch
• Quartz Synthesized Digital Tuning System
• Direct 10-Key Tuning
By remote control.
• A and/or B Speaker Selectors
• Low Impedance
• Dimmer Switch
For FL display (by remote control).

I still need don't know how much I will ask for them, but any good offer will be consider.
Please PM me, I would prefer to sell them together.
Let say $350 for the DVD-Player and $350 for the receiver or $650 for both.
I will post them on Ebay if I don't sell them

I have an A10 player and am familiar with the reciever. This is great gear, folks. The one year that Panasonic/Technics played with the idea of a higher end brand on par with Pioneer Elite and Onkyo Integra. A fantastic receiver. I wish mine was broken so I could pick up on the deal. :)
