In excellent condition...and works perfectly. It was used only for a handful of months before I upgraded to a dedicated Pre/Pro setup in my HT. It was purchased from Best Buy on 11/25/06 for $399.99 It will ship double-boxed (the original Sony retail box is included, but it is a bit beat up).
