    YGM = (Y)ou've (G)ot (M)ail.

    bump means that you want to "push" your ad to the top so that it can be seen again if the title falls off the page.

    You'll also see TTT which is (T)o (T)he (T)op. The use of the carrot (^) also indicates the same thing as bump or TTT.
