I have a very good condition Quasar LD500 LD player. Other than the name, it is identical to the Panasonic LX-101. Some info on the LX-101 can be found here
It is a single-sided player with RF, composite and S-video outputs. It plays LDs, CDs, CD-Rs and VCDs.
I have the original box, manual and remote for this as well.

I'll include shipping on this as well. It makes a great CD player also and has an RF modulator built in to connect to a RF input-only TV. Very unique.
