I put this up for sale a couple months ago, but the prospective buyer didn't get back to me. I bought a Mitsubishi 7057 (CLD-D704 clone) and I'm looking to sell my Pioneer CLD-D505 unit plus original remote (w/new batteries) for $85 plus shipping. I don't have the original box, but it will be well packed.
It's in good shape, I only used it a couple hours a month and I never had any problems with it. Running it through Dscaler on my HTPC gave a very good picture indeed. Some important features include: AC-3 RF output (you'll need a demodulator for Dolby Digital), 2 L/R audio outputs, 2-line comb filter, LD and CD playback, auto-flip, and S-Video and Composite video outputs. It's the only way you'll be able to watch the original versions of Star Wars, as well as many other movies.
