This is a package.

Pioneer CLD-D504
NO REMOTE (although may work with a universal remote) or manuals
Dual side Player
Cosmetically GOOD but some noticeable marks when up close.
AC-3 RF OUT for Dolby Digital
Not the original owner. Just know that the player works.

Yamaha DDP-1 Dolby Digital Decoder
One of the original DD decoders.
1 RF input(LD)
1 coax input(DVD or other DD bitstream source)
1 optical input(DVD or other DD bitstream source)
Flexible bass management
Cosmetically in very good condition (some very minor scratches that are only noticeable at a close distance and some minor marks on top from other components)
Have verified the RF and optical inputs work, but cannot verify the DVD coax since I currently do not have a device that has this output).
Fixed sub x-over @90Hz
Have manual and original box, but not the original owner

Star Wars Trilogy SE Set (LD)
All 3 movies across 5 discs
Dolby Digital (only current way to get original Star Wars Trilogy with discrete multichannel digital surround)
Packaging, Insert and Discs in Excellent condition
Have only watched SW will watch the final two films to check that they are in viewable condition(No laser rot).

FINAL PRICE DROP!!! (Firm)
Asking $300 (as of 10/09/02) plus shipping and insurance to your zip code. I will take my chances on ebay if this does not sell by Friday.

I really want get rid of this so I am willing to break it up, but's more hassle for me so hence the higher prices.

LD Player $130
Decoder $110
SW Boxset $120

Seems like I have had a lot of views but little interest. I don't think I am out of line with the prices. Just curious what people who are looking at thread would consider paying.

The LD player has AC-3 built-in from the factory and if you don't have the demodulator I have a decoder that would come with it. Is the decoder the deal breaker? I really thought the DDP-1 was a very versatile piece considering it is one of the original decoders.

Would anyone be interested in the player and boxset for $210?

I have finally watched all discs and there is no laser rot present.

I have a friend that recently expressed picking up a LD player with AC-3 output. However he would need the AC-3 Demodulator as well. Please indicate the price with the demod and I'll let him know.

Thanks,
Darren.

Darren,

I guess I would sell them together at $210 plus shipping based on location.
