I have a parasound 6.1 decoder...it uses the Smart Jr technology, but with additional features...like a remote, which allows you to calibrate, bypass and engage without going behind the unit to adjust. I owned the Smart JR and like the output, but prefer the Parasound which addresses the lack of features in the Smart. It includes the remote, maunal, original box and receipt. Original purchase price $360. I'll sell for $225 (includes shipping and insurance in the lower 48)

This unit is used to create the rear center effects (either single or two speaker set-up)just like THX EX or DTS ES.
