Bought this for my Dad for his birthday and he refuses to use it. Never used other then the remote was taken out of the package to look at. I bought it from a dealer who will honor the warranty of 1 year. Retails for $199 and I am willing to sell for $120 to recoup some of my losses.
I have this remote and by far the most User Friendly and Best bang for the Buck on the market today. Much better then the Pronto's I owned before including the Pronto TSU-6000 which cost $999.
