Hello,
No, I didn't steal them, lol. I went to Boston Acoustics factory sale on 03/15/2008 in Peabody, MA. Boston Acoustics, Snell, Marantz and Escient are sister/cousin companies and I bought tons of gear WITHOUT thinking. Even tough I am keeping several items, I decided to sell some of them for the EXACT prices that I have paid (+ shipping fees).

SR7002 is A-stock and rest of them are B-stock (refurbished) equipment. Ideally, A-stock equipment comes with 3 year warranty and B-stock equipment comes with 1-year warranty. However, I read this in their website:

"This warranty will extend for the period of 1 Year from the date of purchase for Labor and Parts. No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is given or made with respect to any accessory supplied with a factory reconditioned product. To the extent not in conflict with applicable law, this warranty extends only to the original purchaser and shall be valid only if the product is purchased and warranty service sought within the United States of America, including possessions and territories. It is the OWNERS responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase at the time warranty service is requested; either by the original bill of sale or like invoice."

I have the original bill of sale and will be sending a copy to the buyer. Now, depending on what I read, Marantz may say nay if anything happens to the unit until 03/15/2009 since the buyer's name won't be on the invoice. In this instance, I would be more than glad to help you in any way I can.

Also, bear in mind that B-stock equipment may have minor cosmetic blemishes.

I believe I have disclosed everything that I know.

This is your chance to buy some good gear for good prices and I am as transparent as I can be. Please let me know if you have any questions.

NOTE: all equipment is still in their SEALED factory refurbished boxes.

1) Marantz SR7002 surround receiver (new): $920 ($1399 msrp) >>> SOLD in HARDFORUM
2) Marantz DV9600 universal player (b-stock): $950 ($1999 msrp) >>> SOLD in AUDIOGON

*** Prices are FIRM, please don't even offer $0.01 less than what I am asking. I am just passing what I exactly paid. The only time you will get a discount would be the time when you choose to use USPS money order as your payment method (in that instance subtract 3% from my asking prices) ***

Just a heads up: Forum rules prohibit a seller from charging a fee for the use of Paypal.

well, then I re-worded it. For instance, DH9300 is $545 - if you use USPS money order (rather than paypal) I will give you 3% discount...
