This is brand new, used 2-3 times as a preamp. The internal amps have never been used. Bought from Magnolia Hi-Fi on Aug 17th. Was gone on business for 10 days. So, very little use. Can provide copy of original receipt so you will have full warranty as Magnolia is a certified Pioneer retailer.

I'm trying but Magnolia is playing games. I'm talking to the manager today. I can get in store credit which I don't want but might take it buy something and then return it to a different store...

After a lot of complaining, looks I convinced the sales guy at Magnolia Hi-Fi to give me a refund. Glad I dont' have to play games. But I will think hard about going back to that particular store.
